*Crossway San Diego’s founding pastor is Tom Harcus, who has been a lead pastor for most of his adult life. In addition to pastoring, Tom has also been a coach (junior high to college level sports), triathlete, ultra-runner, business owner for 13 years, married to his wife Dawn for over 30 years and an unworthy Dad to two adult children.
